Hello, welcome to this week’s Arista Advice. Hope you’re well.

Many people are wondering and asking themselves, “Paul, we’re at an all-time high in the stock market.”
Let me share with you a few things. Last week for a few days I was in New York for some meetings. I went over to the Hudson Yard on the west side of lower Manhattan. Amazing project! It’s a $25 billion dollar project, the largest project since the Great Depression on US soil in the private sector.
I walked through that project, and I was in awe of the new tenants moving in, businesses moving in, long-term leases being signed. This was an example to me that the US economy is strong.

We have low unemployment. We have low borrowing rates and interest rates. We have corporate cash at all-time highs. We have dividend rates. We have 70% of the Fortune 500 companies that are reporting healthy financials.

So yes, we’re at all-time highs. We’ve seen many all-time highs over the last one, two, and three years. Corporations are growing. They’re expanding. Goods and services are being exchanged. New products are being introduced. Corporations are cutting their expenses. They’re finding ways to become more efficient.

I share this with you to think long-term. Don’t get caught up in the media that’s saying that things are bad and things are going to get worse.  Be positive, think positive, and be positive. The future is very bright.

Hope all is well. We look forward to talking to you soon!
